If you are not satisfied with your Gomammut purchase, you can always return it for a replacement or get a refund within 30 days of your purchase, this includes the following items; clothing, blankets, tent accessories and spare parts.
Item must be unused and undamaged. If 30 days have gone by since the shipping date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
Returns and refunds are not permitted for the following products, whether purchased at full price or on sale:
Rooftop Tents, showers and awnings.
Orders for the items listed above may be canceled at any time prior to shipment and will be eligible for a full refund.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, and no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
If you have any questions regarding eligibility, fitment, or product specifications, please contact us before placing your order, as exceptions to this policy will not be made.
To complete your return please Email us your proof of purchase with the order number and we will help you to initiate the return process.
Refund Details
Customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost of the item(s) you wish to return to our warehouse.
Allow up to 10-15 days to receive your refund from the time we receive the return item.

Return Policy: You are able to cancel your Rooftop tent before we ship. It may take up to 10-15 days for a return refund to show in your account.
Due to the difficulty and cost of transporting an item the size of an RTT, no returns will be given after your RTT has been shipped. If you purchased a product from an Authorized seller/dealer , please contact them for your return or exchange.
