I recently joined the Gomammut team and couldn't be happier with this tent. Shipping was expensive but very fast for being on the other side of the country. It is shipped with a wrap to protect it that is very tedious to get off but once you get it all off and thrown on your rig it looks so good. I can set it up in about 2 minutes fast or under 5 minutes if i stop to talk or go super slow, it is so easy! The biggest things to me are the shoe bags, looks while closed and the skylight. I needed a tent that is huge while open, I am over 6ft tall and I needed it to look amazing closed. The competition does not look this good and in my opinion this is the best looking hardshell tent that isn't a clamshell. But most clamshells aren't going to fit in your bed and they need to be mounted above your roof as well. I can still fit in my garage with this tent and it doesn't cover my roof at all. It does all of that while still being cheaper than a lot of the comp as well. You will not regret buying!
It’s easy to assemble, it is ready to camp in 30 seconds to 1 minute, the mattress is comfortable and quite spacious. I really recommend it, it is the best opcion you can choose when camping. 🙌🏻

The hardshell (in my opinion) looks so much better and longer lasting on the roof of my truck. Once you sit down for the first time inside you’ll definitely notice the headroom available. Thanks to the fold out design theres more than enough room for 2 people and possibly a dog or child.
The mattress is super comfortable too, especially when the alternative is a rocky cold ground! Speaking of the ground, no more dealing with the mud and not so waterproof rain covers I’ve had for my ground tents. My second night in this RTT it rained heavily with a lot of wind and the tent held up perfectly.

The GoMammut Bison rooftop tent definitely falls along with the top 3 modifications that I’ve added onto my rig, and it may actually be my favorite.
My reasoning of why I love my Bison RTT isn’t just about the looks, even though it’s sleek, contemporary style looks great and really compliment my rig.
It was during my first camping trip in it that I realized this was a great addition and wish I would have gotten one sooner. The plushness of the mattress, the built in LED lights, the feeling of having a hardcover behind your headspace, and the amount of room was all amazing! My wife and daughter instantly loved the new tent.
What really won me over with the Bison was how quick it could be setup/taken down, and the ease of doing so without having to fight it like I had to with my old tent. I have been searching the good quality Rtt for my overland gladiator, need something easy to setup and comfortable. Than i found Go Mammut RTTs, which was the best choice, for the competitors more reachable price wise and better quality. Im loving it. Its been almost year and still so comfy… Only word i will use is WOW!!!!
